Welcome to this month’s general card reading. I hope that it will resonate with those of you who read it and you will find it helpful.
Cards duplicated in last 6 months:
September and November – The Hermit
June and November – 4 of Cups
This month it feels as though we are virtually starting with a clean slate. The realisation that things haven’t quite worked out the way we were expecting of 6 months ago is being revisited. We are also being
asked to take some time to ourselves again and be patient – everything happens when the time is right.
As
we start off this month we might be challenged by the situations and people around us. Domestic issues could be trying, things may be breaking down and possibly there will be some shortage of money. It’s important that we take this in our stride because the Universal Law is that we attract what we put our attention on. These things are all temporary and should be treated as such.
The first part of November we will have the tendency to ignore what people are saying to us, especially if it’s something we don’t want to hear. We need to decide whether our particular situation is one that will come back and bite us if we don’t deal with it, or whether it’s not important enough to spend time on. We will also feel the need to make some
changes to ourselves – this can be to do with diet and exercise, or getting rid of some bad habits that we have adopted (and got particularly fond of! J) These are changes that we want to make for ourselves, and not because other people think that we should – it’s not about them, it’s about us and how we feel. We will need to guard against the urge to give up too – that is always close to the surface, but nothing worthwhile tends to come without some focused
effort.
In the middle part of the month we will start to get some good ideas about what direction we want to move forward in. It is important at this time that we don’t allow ourselves to be side-tracked and put other people’s needs in front of our own. This might sound
selfish, but many of us can be manipulated into taking a backseat and supporting others who are quite capable of doing things for themselves, if they so wished. Of course, some people truly need our help, but many would be better served if we took a step back and allowed them to paddle their own canoes. If we manage to take a strong stand, and not give in to any guilt trips that might be thrown at us, we will find a sense of peace and tranquillity and the feeling that our dreams are
about to come to fruition.
Towards the end of November we really need to take some time to ourselves. We need to listen to our own intuition and knowing, without the input of others who, however well meaning, aren’t walking our path and therefore don’t know what’s best for
us. This quiet time will allow us to learn more about the art of patience, but will also give us time to reflect on what is and isn’t working in our lives. What situations haven’t worked out the way we expected them to? Where in our lives did we put on rose coloured glasses and not see things clearly? What changes are we willing to make? What situations or people have passed their sell by date and need to be walked away from?
As we come to the end of the month new projects will start emerging. For some of us, it could come in the form of a pregnancy and for others, a heartfelt project which will need to be nurtured and cared for in the same way as a physical baby would.
Our luck throughout the month is to listen to our intuition. If we open our hearts to the divine guidance that we all have within us, we will find that our intuition will get stronger and we will have a much clearer path to follow into the future.
I wish you a very illuminating November with lots of ‘Ah Ha’ moments. It will be a challenging month for some as we are being drawn to dealing with internal rather than external issues. If we listen to our intuition, stay mindful and firmly in the present moment, I am sure we will enter December with much more self-knowledge and internal freedom than we
have right now.
