Some of the Spring energy is returning. There is a restlessness in the air and a feeling of overwhelm with all the opinions flying around. We can deal with all this by helping others, allowing them to help us in return and keeping grounded by listening to that internal voice and focusing on our personal soul
journey.
As we start off this month we will be at saturation point with all the opinions that are coming at us from all directions – whether they are people we know or not. The temptation is to go into hibernation and come out when it is all over. However, it is important to listen to some people, so it’s a matter of being discerning in our choices and not allowing our
emotional triggers to keep being pressed, which ultimately ends up with us not knowing which side is up.
The first part of August is about sticking with our tribe. These are the people who would give us the shirt off their back, and we would do the same for them. It’s a time of mutual support and also a time to focus on our own personal soul purpose – who are we and why are
we incarnated on this planet at this particular time in its evolution. Pondering these important questions would certainly quiet the incessant noise from outside.
In the middle part of the month we will have good reason to be very proud of ourselves if we have done the best that we can in our own particular circumstances. It’s pat on the back time. We will also have
the opportunity of being the counsellor and healer that other people come to for help. Remember the tendency to always help others and not accept help for ourselves. We can’t keep giving out and not receive sustenance in return.
Towards the end of August a battle of the egos could occur with one or more people in our lives. It could end up being a highly emotional time and we
would be wise to consider all options and not get fixed on a particular result. If we are prepared to look for a compromise which results in a win/win scenario, we will come to a place of peace and tranquility and feel that our dreams can come to fruition. We could even realise that the other person could have the missing piece of the jigsaw, or that we have that piece for them, and that would never have been shared if the situation is approached in
anger.
As we come to the end of the month we are going to feel very restless. We know that there is more for us to do in our lives, but it’s all about the timing and everything is seemingly taking so long!
Our luck throughout the month is all about personal care.
Diet and exercise, looking after our finances etc. Maybe starting a new hobby. This is the preparation time before we get going on the next adventure.
Our main challenge this month is to keep our cool. We need to be focused and disciplined and not sweat the small stuff. If someone does something that annoys us, we would be wise to count to ten rather than get
snappy with them. Some things need to be addressed, of course, but it’s a time to pick our battles because it will help us conserve our energy and remain on track.
Summary – this is a month to cut out the clammer of outside noise and focus on what is important to us personally. There is so much to distract us and we can easily dive down a rabbit hole and hear the same story
told 100 different ways. Meanwhile, we could be spending our time much more productively by exploring what we personally have to offer the world at this time and moving in that direction.
August feels like a month of preparation. Getting our minds and bodies strong and focused for what is ahead. I wish you an exciting exploration into your soul purpose and, hopefully, a hassle free
month.
