Welcome to this month’s general card reading. I hope that it will resonate with those of you who read it and you will find it helpful.
Cards duplicated in the last 6
months:
April, August and September – King of Cups
August and September – Page of Pentacles
August and September – 2 of Swords
June, July and September
– 2 of Wands
April and September – King of Pentacles
The continued energy from previous months is indicating that we need to continue to help others and allow them to help us in return and to take care of ourselves on a physical and material level. Be open to listening to others and explore the possibility of new
projects. Material rewards are also indicated which is good news because it is 6 months since the King of Pentacles last graced us with his presence.
As we start off this month we could be upping the ante in helping other people and playing the role of counsellor and healer, but always remember to accept help in return if it is needed.
The first part of September a new opportunity could present itself, or an idea might just pop into our heads. It’s wise to pursue it as it will be coming from an inner drive and soul level and won’t predominantly be about money. It may cause some inner conflict as we might be required to spend some money, or it could be a bit out of our comfort zone and our tendency could be to dig our heels in and tell
ourselves that we are fine just as we are – why rock the boat! We need to remember that life doesn’t expand within our comfort zones. They are places of temporary rest, not our final destination.
In the middle part of the month our hearts will be open, whether we are looking for an intimate relationship or living our lives with compassion and love for people in
general. When we have a loving energy, others will be drawn to us as they feel safe. However, we must make sure that we pace ourselves and don’t give away everything we’ve got because we can’t be effective when we are running on empty ourselves.
Towards the end of September it feels like we have reached some kind of pinnacle. Kings indicate a maturity and authority in
tarot – we have gone through the various stages with an idea (Aces) and eventually have achieved wisdom through our efforts. We started the month with the King of Cups and are finishing it with the Kings of Swords and Pentacles. So we’ll be looking at the structure of our lives and making plans for the next 3-6 months and where we want to be at that stage. Our previous efforts could also start to be bearing fruit and because of the hard work we’ve done our financial status will
be improving – everything we touch will turn to gold.
As we come to the end of the month people will be congratulating us for our achievements. We might have written a book, launched a business or won a medal in a competition – whatever it is we will receive a round of applause.
Our luck throughout the month is tied up with listening to other people – even when we don’t want to. There could be nuggets of information in other people’s interactions which will be a springboard for us. It’s important not to discriminate as to who we listen to and who we ignore – we might live to regret it.
Our main challenge this
month is all about personal care. Diet and exercise, looking after our finances etc. Maybe starting a new hobby. This is the preparation time before we get going on the next adventure. Our challenge is to keep the discipline going, which isn’t easy if it’s an area of life that doesn’t interest us.
Summary – it feels like those of us who have been
putting the work in, constantly trying to better ourselves, will start to see the rewards of these efforts. Things we’ve been learning might just start to click into place. As we all know, nothing good comes easily and we will have some internal battles and conversations with ourselves. We have the choice to push through or give in – the end of the month will be determined by which choice we have made.
September can be a great month for really improving our lives. We don’t have any Major Arcana cards which can bring disruption in various ways – it’s purely about our internal chatter and how we deal with it. Have a great month!
