August and December
– High Priestess
The energy being brought forward from previous months is that of feeling trapped and surrounded by conflict with the wish to change a lot in our lives and the willingness to rock the boat in order to create that change. We have a desire for peace and harmony and to know where we are in life. There will be obstacles to navigate but if we harness our intuition it can help lead us to our goals.
As we start off this month there is very much the feeling of being stuck between a rock and a hard place. Whatever we do it seems that someone is getting upset. This can be due to our not being clear in our communications which has led to misunderstandings. The best we can do is to be transparent with the specific people involved and, if they are still upset with us, then at least we know that we have been clear about our intentions. How they react to our honesty has to be up to them.
The first part of December could bring the potential of a new relationship into our lives – this can be in the form of either love or business. This won’t be a person we know very well, if at all. It is wise to proceed slowly, rather than rush in where angels fear to tread, because there are also obstacles attached to this
person. They could arrive with a load of baggage which affects us, or purely distract us from our goals and halts our forward progress.
In the middle part of the month we will feel enthusiastic and have the urge to go out and grab the world by the throat – we won’t want to sit and wait for things to come to us. There is a definite upturn in energy! If we make sure that there is a strong and stable foundation to our project before we move forward, we will be able to gather money and resources as we go along. If it feels more like a ‘get rich quick scheme’, then it will be best to hold fire and not get carried away by our enthusiasm and desire for action.
Towards the end of December our intuition will be getting stronger. We might be getting hunches and a really strong urge to go in a particular direction. It can be a bit disconcerting if we are used to making decisions purely based on what our head tells us because some of our inner guidance might
not seem logical at all. However, if we allow ourselves to be guided, we will reach the feeling of peace and tranquillity that we are searching for – we will know where our heart lies and feel that our dreams are about to come to fruition.
As we come to the end of the month it is again time to walk away from the people and situations
that are draining us, rather than invigorating us. Until we extricate ourselves from the dead wood in our lives, we won’t be able to create the health and wealth that we are ultimately aiming for.
Our luck throughout the month is to shake up our lives in any way we can – throw the furniture up in the air and see where it lands – and
chuck other stuff out of the window never to return. It’s time to clean house and re-evaluate our lives. If we aren’t completely happy with the way things are, then we need to take action in order to create change– no one else is going to do it for us!
This month is about being clear in our communications with others, so that they are under no illusion
as to our stand on various subjects. It is also wise to be cautious regarding new people and projects coming into our lives – count to 10 (or even 100) before committing to either. We won’t lose what is ours and it’s much simpler taking our time in the beginning than trying to extricate ourselves if we find that, in our haste, we have made a mistake. Above all,
following our intuitive prompts is the only thing that will guide us to the happy outcome we are searching for.
Wishing you an adventurous month ahead and a very Merry Christmas to those that celebrate it.
