Welcome to this month’s general card reading. I hope that it will resonate with those of you who read it and you will find it helpful.
Cards duplicated in the last 6 months:
July, November and December – The Sun
September and December – The Star
August and December – 7 of Cups
I am delighted to see that the repeat cards are a lot more optimistic this month. The energy that continues from last month is that of the Sun which indicates that we will have a much better idea of what direction we are travelling in, with excitement and optimism to go along with it. Opportunities will be presenting themselves again and we will have
hope and faith in the midst of any difficulties that we might encounter along the way.
As we start off this month a number of opportunities will become evident and it’s important that we don’t take on more than we can physically handle. Decide which ones feel right in the present moment and commit to them – we don’t lose what’s ours and we might catch some of the others at a later
date.
The first part of December is a time of new projects. Some of us could be starting a new business, or investing in a course of study which will be advantageous for the future. This feels quite important because the other card for the first part of the month is the Judgement card, a major arcana card which
indicates the end of an era where we will reap what we sow. How much effort we put into this new project will be equal to the benefits that we will get out of it, so it behoves us to give 100%.
In the middle part of the month we will get some relief at long last. When some of us will be getting to the end of our tether and not know which way to turn, it’s as if our Guardian Angels decide that we’ve done enough and they take over and send help our way so that we are relieved of our burdens. However, we
might not initially fully appreciate their intervention on our behalf, because it can come in the form of people leaving us and we can be left with a feeling of betrayal and/or grief. On reflection, we will see that not everything is lost – we have memories, wisdom and experience gleaned from the time we have spent with those people. The reason they have gone out of our lives is that their time with us is done and it’s time to go our separate ways.
Towards the end of December we will start to see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. We will be ready to keep our focus on hope and faith in the midst of difficulties. We can start to move past the possibly painful middle of the month and gain more control over our emotions, which might have taken a bit
of a battering. Two major arcana cards are showing themselves in the last 11 days of December – the first being the Star – and stars shine at night, then out comes the Sun which drives away the darkness of the night and shines brightly on the road ahead. We’ll have a real feeling of enthusiasm and excitement and will know that the journey forward is possible in a powerful way.
As we come to the end of the month it will be time for us to make some decisions and get off the proverbial fence. If we have good ideas then it’s time for us to tell people about them – we need to shine our light and be seen – the time for working diligently in the shadows is past.
Our luck throughout the month is to avoid situations where we can get stuck between a rock and a hard place. We don’t want to spend the month ducking and diving because we have created situations where somebody or other is going to be upset with us. The way to do this is to be honest and transparent with the
people who need to know our plans and how we are planning to achieve them. Nobody can accuse us of not keeping them in the loop that way. If they don’t like our plans, well – that’s something that they will have to deal with, but at least they won’t be blindsided at a later date when we are ready to implement them.
Wishing you all a dynamic December! Merry Christmas to all who celebrate it. This can be quite an exciting and fast moving month if we can avoid wallowing in any upsetting circumstances that come our way. If we can be philosophical and understand that everything happens at the right time (whether we think it is or not)
then December can turn into an inspirational month with lots of opportunities for change and progress.
